Factelle LLC aims to make Factelle perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for readers using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, captions or reduced-motion settings.
What we work toward
Our theme supports semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, scalable text, meaningful image alternatives, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast and reduced motion. Editors are expected to preserve accessibility when adding content.
Known limitations
Third-party embeds, legacy documents or supplied media may not always meet the same standard. We work to provide an accessible alternative or improve the experience when a material barrier is identified.
Report a barrier
Email accessibility@factelle.com with the page URL, the problem, the format you need and—if you wish—the browser or assistive technology used. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Response and review
We aim to acknowledge meaningful reports, investigate the barrier and provide a practical response. Accessibility is reviewed as the website, publishing tools and standards evolve.
