Corrections and complaints
For a possible factual error, email corrections@factelle.com with the article URL, disputed passage and supporting evidence. For a broader complaint about fairness, privacy, discrimination, conflicts or editorial standards, email complaints@factelle.com.
Privacy and accessibility
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@factelle.com. Accessibility barriers may be reported to accessibility@factelle.com. We may request reasonable information to verify identity before completing a privacy-rights request.

We prioritise urgent safety issues, credible correction requests and privacy matters. Response times vary with complexity, available evidence and the volume of messages. Automated or abusive submissions may be filtered.
